What makes your style stand out?
My style is a dialectic of the practical and the aesthetic. Timeless designs with an unconventional twist. A high waist and an hourglass silhouette. Modern meets classic seamlessly. A patterned OCBD with pleated chinos, a Harrington jacket, and German Army Trainers make for a relaxed, but authoritative vibe. Gabardine wool army trousers, army surplus boots, a merino knitted polo shirt, and a navy surplus peacoat is the most practical and effortlessly stylish outfit for a man about town.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
I'm at a cocktail party. Full break Hermès trousers draping over Toblach shoes. Burgundy Margiela button up. My camel hair sport coat has resigned to the cloakroom. Bryan Ferry has ended up on stage. He starts banging out "Editions of You" on piano after a couple of Martinis and the jazz orchestra follows. Bryan is getting too hot so he throws me his vicuña blazer which I catch like a bridesmaid. I style it like a cape and start dancing to the rest of the song's sax, synth, and guitar solo.
What would you do with $20,000?
