I am passionate about how people can use their personal style to tell their stories (who they are, what they stand for, etc).
We would like to thank you for supporting Emma Gott in this years competition. Your participation allows us to empower the Elton John AIDS Foundation in their mission to end AIDS for everyone, everywhere.
What makes your style stand out?
My style stands out because it refuses to be just one thing. It's a vibrant mix of everything, which perfectly shows who I am, sometimes wild, sometimes reserved. I consciously use my clothes as a tool to spark curiosity, making people excited to talk to me and understand my story.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My ultimate dream is my designs in a runway show in New York or Milan fashion week. I imagine the lights, the music, and the sound of heels on the floor, not just presenting clothes, but sharing a piece of my world and watching it become part of someone else's imagination. Watching someone understand the story I was trying to tell and want to be apart of it.
What would you do with $20,000?
I would use it to help pay for my tuition. I am a fashion design student at Kent State University School of Fashion. I love it so much, but being out of state makes the finances difficult, which is what I would use the money for!
