What makes your style stand out?
I found that at 75 years, the "Annie Hall" look is my daily solution. Men's clothes are my favorite...all those pockets! Hats are very important, too, now that my Afro curls have ceased to be. I LOVE hats, and have a big vintage collection. Now I can wear them with ease!
What’s your dream fashion moment?
When I was young and thin, I modeled sleek sophisticated 1950s Vogueish fashions on my local TV station, back in the 80s and 90s. My future dream fashion moment would be to get professional facial/make-up advice for dealing with age related changes, and go shopping for coveted vintage pieces I can not find or afford.
What would you do with $20,000?
First, I would make a large donation to the Elton John AIDS Foundation to honor Bob Scotland, my best friend who succumbed to Aids, many years ago, and is still sorely missed, ...because that is what this is all about. I would donate to some other favorite charities, and then I would spoil my husband, who has chronic fatigue due to Long Covid...He has not been able to travel for 4 years, because first class travel is just too crazy expensive for our budget.
