Debbie Drane

I love fashion, I’m a plus size woman and I love color, zippers, lots of buttons, scarves, jewelry and options with my clothes.

What makes your style stand out?

My style used to stand out because I. Was 5ft 11 in tall. I was always a big girl dressed in color and yet trendy. My Mom taught me how to dress on a budget and it was fun shopping this way on a teachers paycheck. Now I walk with a cane and have shrunk a bit but still love color through scarves and jewelry. Even though I have a pinched nerve in my back it does not stop me from dressing with taste.

What’s your dream fashion moment?

My dream fashion moment is to take my daughter to a fashion show so we can discover new ideas and have our goals expand for things we might do. She’s wanting to use her machine for more ad do I. Let this disabled person continue to expand her dreams of fashion.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use this $20,000 to help my daughter set up her business for designing her jewelry and clothing:embroidery business. Plus I’d help others but I’d also help myself financially as a restricted budget as a retired person this could help a lot. Thanks for this opportunity.
