What makes your style stand out?
My style is unique because I dress for my soul. If I had to put a name on my style, I'd call it BohoAlt. I style myself like I'm composing a work of art, letting my emotions guide me thru my closet. Visual juxtapositions bring me joy, so I tend to pair contrasting colors together, as well as tough, masculine elements with feminine counterparts. Silk scarves & leather boots, slinky tops & men's pants. I shop like I hunt, thrifting for my precise curation devised in my mind.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
There is nothing like a themed event, and obviously the most elusive and exclusive themed party in history is the annual Met Gala. My dream fashion moment has always been to stun to theme at the Met Gala. I love throwing myself into a visual concept, and the Costume Institute has endless exquisite exhibitions to find inspiration in each year. I adore a fundraiser, and this one ensures the Costume Institute's continuation, as fashion history is just as important as any other.
What would you do with $20,000?
As a financially independent musician, I would put the $20k towards a new drum set for myself, as well as funds towards recording music for my bands and personal recording, in addition to supplying future tours. It also would open the opportunity to purchase a car, which has been a goal of mine for a long time.
