What makes your style stand out?

My style has always been both masculine and feminine combined. I feel that fashion has no gender and since the age of 13 I would shop vintage and redesign dresses into tops and pants. I love upcycling as it’s good for the environment and it feels amazing creating something new from the old. My style has a touch of my Louisiana Creole heritage, inspiration from the golden age of 1920s Hollywood, the psychedelic aura of the 1960s and the 1990s New York business wear tailoring.

What’s your dream fashion moment?

My dream fashion moment is to have a fashion show in nature with models of every gender and racial identity wearing my unisex designs. I have a vision of the show being almost like a wedding of the duality of the masculinity and femininity that exists in all of us as well as in nature.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would invest in my Duality Unisex clothing brand and not only be able to continue with my custom design business but offer capsule collections of unisex designs to people of all genders and ethnicities seeking to exude their form with works of art.
