What makes your style stand out?

My style is personal, mood-driven, and rooted in vintage treasure hunting—thanks to my grandmother, a devoted collector who changed looks with her feelings. I mix prints, patterns, and sculptural shapes that lift my spirit and celebrate my body. I love one-of-one or limited-run pieces—often secondhand—styled with bold shades, jewelry, and accessories. I champion emerging brands and small businesses, making it mine with unexpected textures and custom touches.

What’s your dream fashion moment?

Helping people unlock their inner superheroes through style—because when you look your best, you feel and perform your best. I’d also love to dress Elton John in a fearless, joy-filled look and finally attend Milan Fashion Week to experience a Versace show—an all-time favorite—so I can soak up the craft and glamour and bring that inspiration back to my community.

What would you do with $20,000?

I’d split it three ways: (1) invest in Magic City Fashion Week—my nonprofit that opens fashion careers for underrepresented creatives and provides free HIV testing/education; (2) take my son on our first international trip, a promise we’ve made to each other; (3) turn waste into wonder by funding a limited upcycled capsule—paying local makers fairly and proving beauty can be sustainable.
