I think style is expression/creativity through clothes, telling a story of how I feel today and what I embody in every detail.
We would like to thank you for supporting Colin Lu in this years competition. Your participation allows us to empower the Elton John AIDS Foundation in their mission to end AIDS for everyone, everywhere.
What makes your style stand out?
My style stands out because it is a true reflection of my personality and self-expression. I carefully curate pieces from vintage markets and thrift stores, where every find feels unique and full of character. I love making my outfits come alive with jewelry and accessories collected from around the world, each carrying its own story. My style is not about following trends but about authenticity, confidence, and embracing what makes me different.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment is to keep growing my brand, Ensaint, because it feels like my true life purpose. I want to share my vision through designs that inspire and connect with people. Beyond my own work, I dream of joining design teams for established brands, modeling to bring clothing to life, and directing photoshoots that tell powerful stories. Whether creating, modeling, or guiding a vision, my goal is to leave a meaningful mark in the fashion world.
What would you do with $20,000?
With $20,000, I would jump-start my clothing brand and finally share my creations without relying on outside investors. Fashion is the canvas where I bring bold, extravagant ideas to life, and this chance would let me craft pieces that spark imagination. My dream is to design clothing that not only inspires confidence but also helps people push boundaries and embrace their truest selves.
