What makes your style stand out?

My style stands out because it is authentic to who I am as a designer, a lover of art and fan of details, perfection and beauty. My style is a tribute to new and old references of art,music,love and everything that inspires an artist. It’s a way for me to tell a story and create a moment. I don’t follow trends I set them and love being an innovator in that way of always being inspired and motivated to do things that never been done before. Every outfit is a statement and story to me.

What’s your dream fashion moment?

My dream fashion moment is to have my designs worn at the Met Gala. It is the ultimate stage of storytelling, style and glamorous clothes. Being born in a small town has put limitations on me since birth, but making it to the Met Gala or having my designs/style showcased on a global scale would give me that validation of knowing FASHION is a powerful tool and can take me far places and that there are people out there who feel the same way.

What would you do with $20,000?

I’d first put money on my little brother’s jail account. As the oldest of 5 with three brothers incarcerated, I’ve carried responsibility from a young age. Fashion became my escape and my purpose. I’d also buy a reliable car to manage errands and shipments for my small business. The rest would be invested into growing my brand and securing my future so I can continue supporting my family and breaking cycles we’ve faced for generations.
