What makes your style stand out?

My style is a unique visual reflection of who I am, always inspired by my culture, the women who raised me and the natural world all around me. Ever since I was a child, I've repurposed clothing, fabrics and materials to make my magic and bring my ideas to life. I transfer both my own original and collaborative artworks into vibrant colorful textiles and custom one of kind creations. Style is my form of poetry and painting, and how I Iove to mix all of the pieces together to tell a story.

What’s your dream fashion moment?

My dream fashion moment would be to see women and lgbtqia+ people empowered while wearing my creations, to style them so that they feel their absolute best, like their higher self embodied. I dream of seeing my styling and designs shown in artful films, music videos, powerful performances on stage, theater, in contemporary immersive art spaces, the possibilities are infinite! Whether I style myself or others, I aim to make a powerful impact, inspire others and share a magical moment together.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I receive $20,000, I would take this life changing opportunity to make my life long dream come true of starting my own fashion label and lifestyle brand. I would carefully consider more ethical solutions for production, local manufacturing, working with and creating opportunities for indigenous artists and lgbtqia+ community. I would form a collective and community of creatives that would work together to turn this vision into a reality while sustaining, supporting and uplifting one another.
