Style is how I tell my story. I mix bold femininity with edge, blending luxe, DIY, and Bratz-doll energy into one statement.
We would like to thank you for supporting Britney Obioha in this years competition. Your participation allows us to empower the Elton John AIDS Foundation in their mission to end AIDS for everyone, everywhere.
What makes your style stand out?
My style stands out because it’s unapologetically me a bold mix of luxe femininity, DIY craftsmanship, and Nigerian edge. Every outfit tells a story: confident, creative, and always unexpected. I merge streetwear energy with soft, elevated textures, so it’s never just clothes it’s a full experience.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment is walking into a room or show where people instantly recognize Kubebé without seeing the tag. I want that “oh, that’s definitely Kube’s work” energy. Whether it’s a pop-up in Lagos, a collab in Paris, or a moment at Fashion Week it’s about showing that I built something timeless from the ground up.
What would you do with $20,000?
I’d invest it into expanding my brand, Kubebé upgrading materials, scaling production, and elevating my visuals. I’d also host a pop-up experience merging fashion, sound, and art, creating a space where women feel seen, stylish, and unstoppable. It wouldn’t just fund clothes it would fund a movement.
