The style of my every look is a statement that reflects my bold personality to walk in the society as a confident trans women of color.

What makes your style stand out?
My style stands out because it’s unapologetically me. The acceptance from within shines bright through my sequins , bold and glamorous looks that i use as my armor to walk in the room. I wear things that makes me feel powerful, fearless and not just trendy.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment would be me draped in the fabric as a bride that reflects my cultural roots from India but still not covering all parts of my body, the revealing parts covered in henna with a long braid styled with “gotta” & “dori” with mirrors and sequins.”jhanjhar” also called anklet styled in my feet making music like sounds of my arrival. This would be one in a million moment. There’s still much more to add into this walking piece of art and canvas of my life.
What would you do with $20,000?
For a dreamer like me, this amount is all the blessings I could ask for. As a POC trans person, gender affirming care is something very important in life. I could use this amount not just for my Transitioning, but also invest in my drag through which I create looks, statements, performances and feel connected with myself and my community that empowers me.
