What makes your style stand out?

My style is loud! I love to wear bold patterns and colours. It's music to my ears when my accessories clink and jingle together. I'm always experimenting with clothing and accessories to transform their potential instead of sticking to what they technically are. Neckties are worn on my legs, oversized tops become dresses, and Hot Wheels cars are stuck on necklaces. It makes fashion fun!

What’s your dream fashion moment?

There's a moment when a stranger sees me walking down the street. They might start to feel closer to the idea of expressing their own look, unapologetically. I know this because I've felt it too, before these outfits became my new 'casual'. Ultimately, fashion is all about being authentically yourself. I would love to see more people dressed like pirates and princesses on an average day. (Or whatever your heart desires!)

What would you do with $20,000?

Personally and locally, $20,000 is an incredible amount. I used to live in a rougher part of the city. I saw an alarming amount of people who have lost their home and their way back. I want to make a difference for those who are seen and not heard, who don't have safe shelter during heat waves and winter storms. Otherwise, I've been trying to move into my own place for years. Once I'm out of here, I plan to build a space where I can create versatile, whimsical clothing reflective of my style.
