What makes your style stand out?

When I pull references from music, film, and history, I style them into a look that still is recognizable as "me". This allows me to experiment and mix multiple genres to fit my mood or inspiration. From my past in theater arts, intentional styling for costumes comes naturally and I approach my own style in a similar way.

What’s your dream fashion moment?

Hearing my name as the answer to what designer someone is wearing. It could be an overheard conversation between friends or a celebrity interview on the red carpet, I would just light up at the value of my work connecting with people.

What would you do with $20,000?

My dream is Ashley Catalano Designs. I have the vision, I mapped out the plan, and would use the funds to legitimize and invest in my company so I can share my creative talents, entrepreneurial ideas, and a bit of my sparkle wherever it is needed.
