Style showed me another way to earn the attention of whom I admired growing up, can’t say I ever got her, but I did finally get myself.
What makes your style stand out?
My style is basically a time capsule of garments I collected from generous aunt and uncles who knew I needed them, they made sure to get them large so I grew into them. Let’s just say I was repping the baggy fit in middle school not by choice. But nothing was outgrown, they thought ahead, now my closet is a timelapse of who I was with generosity and love intertwined in between. That subconsciously decided how my style stood out then and going forward.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
Representing iconic styles and groups with any and all effort inside and out that I can give back to the world through service and good faith. Basically I want to be those happy looking people on the Kohls billboards 🤣
What would you do with $20,000?
Invest in renovating my parents/our home and use any leftover money to take a trip to South Korea to reconnect with my cultural roots. If any is left from that, take a trip to Scotland to reconnect with my dads side too while I’m at it lol.
