I’m passionate about style because it was freeing to develop my sense of fashion and expression through clothing and wearable art.
What makes your style stand out?
My style makes me stand out because my artistic expression is chic and people are usually surprised at my originality as a man from an urban community. When it comes to style, I am very gender non-conformant at times although I prefer menswear. I do have a favor for newer emerging men's fashion that is more vibrant, flamboyant, and as edgy as some women's clothes have traditionally been. I can be outstanding yet reserved, rugged yet sharp, and so forth. I am also educated on world fashion.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment is to win the Style Icon competition.
What would you do with $20,000?
I would invest the money into more fashion and learning how to tailor clothes in order to further my artistic expression through fashion. I would also like to then be able to create couture garments for myself and others someday professionally use my Brother sewing machine I invested in. Also, I always have production ideas and visions that would benefit from this goal. I have a movie I began to write and would love to do the costume design for with a team of designers.
