What makes my style stand out is my perspective and vision. I’m not defined by labels or stereotypes - To me beauty is beauty. Art is art and a dress is just fabric.
What’s your dream fashion moment?
My dream fashion moment is to be seen and represented - as a first generation Mexican American and a queer artist I have dreamed of seeing someone of my skin color and of the lgbtq community be seen as beautiful art wether that’s on a runway or on a cover or simply walking down the street. Im creating my dream fashion moment daily - for my self and for all the other queer little Mexican boys who were put in a box.
What would you do with $20,000?
I would start my swimwear line I’mNKD - a skin toned based line that celebrates diversity. I would also go nuts at the thrift stores.
